Non-profit Program

Development is $0 for registered non-profits.

You pay a monthly fee and nothing else.

A one-page build is USD 500 and a full multi-page build is USD 2,500 at our standard rates. Registered non-profits pay none of it - from USD 25/mo, with the build, the setup and the configuration waived.

Paying more each month buys a better built site and more of our time, not more storage. Every plan is one site, and every plan is fully managed: hosting, SSL, security updates and uptime monitoring.

The Ad Grant itself costs nothing. It is Google's money, up to USD 10,000 a month in search ads, and we do not take a cut of it. What we charge for is keeping the account compliant so Google does not suspend it.

Not included (available later): ecommerce and payment processing beyond a donation page, custom software and integrations, on-site work outside the Miami area, and support beyond the hours stated in each plan. All of it is quoted at standard rates.

Ask about the non-profit program

*Billed monthly. Conditional on keeping the service for at least six months; leave earlier and the corresponding commercial plan becomes payable. Support hours are capped per plan and do not carry over. Eligibility is an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, a fiscal sponsor's letter, or the equivalent evidence for a house of worship, verified annually. Google Ad Grants eligibility is decided by Google, not by us, and excludes hospitals, schools and government entities whatever their tax status - we confirm it separately before promising it.

What's the difference between your hosting plans?

The Solo plan covers a single website with a GitHub connection for automated content updates, and does not include email. Business adds managed email hosting with 3 inboxes. Application is for web applications, APIs and custom software, with database and runtime management. Priority is custom managed infrastructure with dedicated resources and guaranteed response times. Extra websites and inboxes can be added to any plan. All plans are fully managed, meaning we handle server maintenance, security updates and uptime monitoring for you.

Why should I use a private cloud instead of Google Drive?

Services like Google Drive can scan your stored files and are subject to the provider's terms, meaning your access can be revoked at any time. Our private cloud is encrypted, privacy oriented and fully under your control. We never analyze your data, and your files sync automatically across desktop and mobile just like any other cloud service.

How does the AI server deployment work?

We deploy a dedicated instance of a large language model either on your own hardware (on premises) or on a managed cloud server. Unlike public services such as ChatGPT, your data never leaves your environment. On premises deployments work without an internet connection, and we expose an API so your team can integrate the model into existing workflows.

Do you provide ongoing support after setup?

Yes. For AI and voice agent deployments we offer an optional ongoing support addon that covers updates, maintenance and improvements. All managed hosting plans include continuous server monitoring and support. For on site infrastructure work, you can book maintenance hours as needed.
