Business Automation Consulting

Most businesses know something is wasting time and cannot say which thing. The answer is usually not the task people complain about; it is a quiet one that happens forty times a week and nobody counts.

This is one fixed price to go and count. You get a written report naming each repeated task, the hours it costs a year, what it would take to automate it, and which ones are not worth automating at all.

What it costs

$750 one time One fixed price for the review and the written report. Anything the report recommends is quoted separately, and the report is useful even if you never buy any of it.

How it works

  1. We watch the work happenOn site where the work is on site, over a call where it is not. We follow the task, not the org chart, because the cost is in the handoffs.
  2. We count itHow often, how long, how many people touch it, and what it costs a year in wages. A number, not an impression.
  3. We say what is worth doingRanked by payback, with what each fix would cost. Including the tasks where the honest answer is to leave them alone.

Who this is for

Who this is not for

You already know exactly what to build
Then skip this and buy the build. A report telling you what you already know is $750 spent on agreement.
The problem is one person leaving things undone
Automation will not fix that, and installing software on top of it makes it harder to see. That is a management problem and we are the wrong supplier for it.
You will not change how the work is done
Every recommendation in the report is a change to somebody's routine. If that is off the table, the report is a document nobody acts on.
