How it works

1. Works the way they expectDesktop sync on Windows and Mac, apps on iPhone and Android. Shared folders with permissions, so each person sees what they should.
2. Nothing is really deletedFile versions and a recoverable trash. Links you share can carry a password and an expiry date.
3. Your data stays portableExport all of it, whenever you ask, at no charge. Storage is the limit, not the number of people.

This is sized for documents. 25 GB to 300 GB covers years of contracts, invoices, scans and job photos, and it is the wrong product for footage. We will tell you so rather than sell you the top tier.

You want the cheapest storage per gigabyte

You will find it elsewhere, and cheap and free storage is paid for with access to what you store. This server is run for your business and we do not analyse what is on it.

You need more than 300 GB

Above 300 GB we quote a dedicated server instead. That is a different arrangement with a different price, not a bigger number on this page.
