Non-profit Packages
A non-profit pays the same $1,200 for a website as anybody else, out of money that was donated for something other than a website. Here the build costs nothing and you pay a monthly fee for keeping it running.
Three tiers, from $25 a month. Every tier is one site. What the ladder buys is a better site, more included services and more of our hours, not more websites.
What it costs
-
Presence$25/mo
A one-page site built at no charge, managed hosting, 1 inbox and daily backups. One content update a month.
-
Community$50/mo
A multi-page site built at no charge, 3 inboxes, events calendar, volunteer forms, a supporter newsletter, and Google Ad Grants setup with a monthly compliance check. Up to 1 hour of support a month.
-
Impact$100/mo
Everything above plus an online donation page, a program directory, an annual report page and a monthly performance report. Up to 2 hours of support a month with priority response.
How it works
- You show us the registrationThe packages are for registered non-profits. We ask for the paperwork once, at the start.
- We build the site at no chargeOne page on Presence, a multi-page site on Community and above. The build is free while you are on a plan; if you leave inside the first six months it is billed at its normal price.
- You get hours, in writingOne content update a month on Presence, up to an hour on Community, up to two with priority response on Impact. Written down so nobody has to guess what counts.
Who this is for
- A registered non-profit with no site, or with one that a volunteer built and nobody has been able to edit since.
- An organisation that needs a donation page and does not want the donation flow to be the part that breaks.
- An organisation eligible for Google Ad Grants that has never had anybody set it up or keep it compliant.
Who this is not for
- You are not a registered non-profit
- Then these prices are not available to you, and we would rather say that here than after you have filled in a form. The ordinary website tiers start at $500.
- You need several separate sites
- Every tier is one site. A second site is a second plan, and we would rather you knew that before signing than discover it at the first request.
- You want unlimited changes
- The hours are capped and written down on purpose. An uncapped promise is one we would eventually have to break, and breaking it quietly is worse than not making it.
Worth having alongside
- Dedicated Mass Email Marketing InfrastructureThe supporter newsletter is included from Community up. If your list outgrows what a plan sends, this is where it goes next.
- Website Quality AuditIf you already have a site and only want to know what is wrong with it, that question is cheaper to ask than to replace.
- Business Private CloudGrant paperwork, board minutes and photographs, at one price whether the organisation is four people or forty.
